Shun’s Premier 6-inch Chef’s Knife has a small weight and size, making it light, agile, and easy to maneuver while preparing your favorite fruits, vegetables, meats, and breads.
One of the most refined features of this blade is the layered Damascus cladding, which supports the core while the tsuchime finish reduces dragging. This blade is created with two layers of steel on either side of the blade to create a precise cut. The ebony PakkaWood® handles elegantly complement the blade and provides critical balance and a supreme grip to enhance cutting, chopping, and slicing. The result is a contemporary knife with eye-catching looks that resists corrosion and dulling, and won’t break under normal use.
