Simply mix a packet of seasoning and a packet of cure into 2 pounds of lean ground meat and then use a jerky gun to make sticks or slices. Or, mix the seasoning and cure directly into sliced meat, along with a ½ cup of water and let it marinate for up to 24 hours before dehydrating.
