7″ Cleaver: The Shun Kai PRO 7″ Cleaver features a wide & thick German steel blade that’s incredibly tough for performing large cutting tasks. This strong & sturdy knife is made of DIN1.4116 German steel with a hefty 4mm-thick blade that’s sharp and tough enough to cut bones for stock, chop meats, break down poultry, and even tenderize meats. 

5″ Asian Multi-Prep Knife: Neatly maneuver around bones and between joints, trim vegetables, slice tomatoes and more with the 5” Kai PRO Series Asian Multi-Prep Knife. Called a honesuki in Japan, this small, nimble knife is crafted of Japanese AUS6M high-carbon stainless steel and has a triangular blade that’s perfect for de-boning poultry or trimming meats. The narrow tip is ideal for maneuvering around bones while the winder end makes slicing onions or trimming green beans easy. 6.5″ Boning/Fillet Knife: Easily bone poultry or fillet fish with Kai’s PRO 6.5” Fillet Knife.
