Family Grain Mill Slicer/Shredder Attachment

Made in Germany, the three interchangeable stainless steel drums are constructed from surgical-grade steel for precision and durability. The Universal Drum can grate hard fruits and vegetables such as apples and carrots, as well as hard cheeses. The Coarse Drum provides uniform strips that are perfect for salads, toppings, or garnishes. The Slicing Drum makes quick work of potatoes for homemade chips and is also great for thin-slicing fruits in preparation for dehydrating. With dishwasher-safe components, cleanup is quick and easy.

The Slicer/Shredder Attachment easily connects to the Family Grain Mill Hand Drive Unit for manual slicing, or it attaches with a simple twist to the Family Grain Mill Motor Base, Wondermix Stand Mixer, and electric Jupiter Motor Unit.
